Job Description

To support the HR implementation plan for a new contract by providing a security and vetting service to the HR Team, Line Managers and employees. To maintain secure and robust administration processes, practices and systems to ensure effective and efficient execution of duties. This role will be offered as a secondment opportunity.

  • Proven administrative experience
  • Computer literate รข€“ Microsoft Office (in particular a good working knowledge of Word, Excel and Powerpoint) & general systems knowledge
  • Previous experience of personnel screening regimes.
  • Some knowledge and understanding of Government based security policies and vetting regimes.


  • Responsible for all security and vetting requirements during mobilisation by:
    • Understanding the requirements for pre employment screening/vetting and employment security clearance for employees within a new contract.
    • Procuring and working with an external agency to support the security and vetting requirements in the organisation on an ongoing basis.
    • Providing clear policies, procedures and guidance on security and vetting protocols.
    • Registering the organisation with any external bodies where needed.
    • Ensuring that the contractual elements in relation to security and vetting are adhered to. 
    • Designing and maintain a secure system to capture all employee security and vetting credentials.
  • Be a contact for queries coming into the HR Team in relation to security and vetting.
