My client a Private Family Estate located in Southern England are now
seeking a Security Manager to oversee the day to day security of this
site.
You will be reporting to the Estate Manager and you will have a team of 6 personnel reporting to you and your duties will include:-
• Day to day management of the estate security, which will include surveillance, CCTV and manning of the radio net.
• The security post is also the main reception area; therefore you will need to keep an accurate log of visitors entering the estate and where they are going and for what purpose.
• Review and updating of current security procedures and systems
• Dealing with day to day issues with the management of a large estate, including liaison with Estate personnel and contractors visiting the site.
• Management of the team of security personnel, including development of the team and motivation.
• Dealing with incidents, liaison with local police and other member of the Estate Management team as needed.
This is an ideal role for a Security Manager who is looking for long term stability and the ability to settle down in a role, as the main threats to the security of the estate would be local petty crime, vandalism and may be poachers.
The ideal candidate would be someone who has experience in running or working in a similar environment who is able to become a key member of the team as the Estate Manager is looking for this person to take full control of department within this family run estate.
As there is no accommodation being offered for this role, they are looking for individuals who live within 20 miles of the area.
