You must have experience of working in a pub or nightclub where you have controlled a team to a high standard. Be able to work under pressure. Must have experience working as a nightclub or pub door supervisor. Must have excellent organisation and time keeping skills. Must be smart and presentable. Must have excellent communication skills to deal with a wide variety of situations including conflict management.
