Security Manager required.
Experience of working in a large healthcare establishment would be ideal but the ideal candidate will have solid experience of manned guarding including contractor performance management and the leadership of security staff. You will be responsible for the implementation of security initiatives and strategies including security awareness of staff, patients and visitors. Part of the role would be to investigate incidents providing relevant reports & analysis. You must understand and have experience of CCTV and acess control systems with a strong working knowledge of security legislation and guidance. The position involves working a 37.5 working week with a salary between £24k to 28k .
