You must have excellent communication skills both oral and written as the ability to communicate clearly and precisely in a calm clear manner is paramount.
The role includes alarm receiving and cctv Monitoring, communicating with on site security officers, mobile patrol alarm response officers and Emergency Services. Applicants are required to be IT literate and confident enough to work on their own initiative, full training will be given but experience of working in a control room having used Adpro -Galaxy Gold - Net View and Esi systems would be benificial.
You will become part of a team working a 48 hour shift pattern to include nights / days and weekends. Applicants must provide a checkable 5 year history, or back to school leaving whichever is the shiorter, proof of identity , 2 character references.
