Key roles and responsibilities to include:
Identify the key areas around loss within depots and implement the correct measures removing any risk that will erode profitability
Create a loss management culture within depot delivering a sustainable resolution with support through Profit Protection Group
Raise management and colleague capability by coaching on process to deliver sustainable results
Ensure that depots have a framework in which compliance to processes and procedures will enable sustained delivery of total loss improvement
Support the Profit Protection Group to provide on call cover in a rota basis as part of basic duties
To conduct investigations delivered by the Central Investigations Team
To ensure all security systems utilised on site are delivering benefits and managed as per PP guidelines.
