Main responsibilities
Manage the security operation ensuring compliance with client, Company and current legislation.
Manage a team of 11 Security Officers to deliver a high level customer service
Ensure the efficient management of access control, CCTV, patrolling, the car park and reception
Train, develop and motivate your team to meet succession planning needs and provide high levels of customer satisfaction.
Identify and deliver training for the team when required
The ideal candidate
Experienced in managing a security team ideally within a corporate environment
SIA licence essential, PSS licence desirable
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Demonstrable experience of delivering excellent customer service in a fast paced environment
