You will:
- have experience working in the Police, armed services or security sector,
- have clear communication skills, and a welcoming and friendly attitude in order to greet visitors and support colleagues,
- enjoy working as part of a small security team, but also be able to work constructively with the wider Palace team,
- have initiative, good judgement and the ability to act decisively in the event of a security incident,
- have, or be willing to acquire, basic Microsoft Office skills,
- have the level of fitness required to undertake regular routine patrols of the estate.
