A Safeguarding Warden is sought by my client who is a well-established and highly respected provider of security services to organisations throughout the North. They have built up a reputation for high quality service, due to the professionalism of their staff and their tireless approach to client satisfaction.
SafeGuarding Warden Role
• The successful applicant will be involved with the security and safeguarding duties within a college campus.
• The role will involve working closely with students of the college whilst maintaining professional boundaries – friendly but not friends.
• You will be ensuring that the rules of the college are adhered to. As under 18s are in residence strict rules must be followed such as segregated accommodation, no alcohol, no loud music or TV after midnight etc
• You will be based at the Penrith Campus.
• You will be working shifts that will include days, nights, and weekends.
The Candidate
• You must have experience of the security industry E.G. Safeguarding, security guard, security warden etc.
• You MUST have SIA Door Supervisor licence (or Conflict Management/Avoidance of Conflict training).
• The successful applicant will need to pass Level 3 Safeguarding Children e-learning course and have first aid training. This will be arranged for you.
• You will need to pass an enhanced CRB check.
• You will be an ambassador for the company and therefore need to be well-presented and polite.
• You will need to have a mature approach to work.
