Job description
Security Manager is required to join a prestigious manufacturing plant in Petersfield. The Security Manager is responsible for ensuring the facility has 24/7 coverage and managing the supervision of security staff. Other responsibilities include maintaining security policies, procedures and guidelines, reviewing all security systems and equipment, investigating variances in cycle counting inventory, reducing thefts within the premises, fully investigating any theft or other crime and liaising with HR and Law Enforcement as required, etc.
Applicants should have a background in law enforcement, with knowledge of criminal and civil laws, procedures related to security matters, etc and knowledge of security systems (electronic and physical) with a knowledge of warehouse and distribution processes. A good understanding of IT data management is required. Any additional European language skills would be advantageous.
