Description
An opportunity has arisen within TSS Limited for a Regional Security Manager to work in the London, Chiswick Park office. This role will be responsible for driving regional travel security evacuation planning, operational and business development support o the International SOS and Control Risks distribution channels in order to drive customer satisfaction and profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Development
Supporting the growth of the security business in the region through a focus on quality of service and support to sales and marketing efforts.

Operational Deployment & Case Management
Deploying as or leading an Incident Management Team in response to an incident where clients require on-the-ground assistance.

Training and Consulting
Deliver training and consulting tasks across the region and, where personal expertise enables, outside of the region.
Maintain and develop a pool of external consultants to support delivery of training and consulting tasks.
Manage the development of proposals and service delivery contracts in conjunction with other stakeholders.
Provide guidance and input into the creation and delivery of Personal Travel Security Awareness Training (PTSAT) programmes – including online solutions.
Provide guidance and input into the creation and delivery of Travel Security Programmes (TSP) and Travel Security Evacuation Plans (TSEP)
Provide close support to regional sales staff (meetings, marketing events, seminars) and assist in explaining the positioning of TSS delivered services (including TSMS) to clients and prospects across the region.

Required Work Experience:
International (security) work experience
Business development, consultancy and sales experience
Extensive experience within the region, including relevant language skills and work experience
Experience in security operations management: in military, government (officer or senior NCO), or private sector roles
Experience in the planning, development and delivery of training

​Required Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree (or relevant professional training) in a field related to security or international relations studies.
Accredited as a Certified Protection Professional by the American Society of Industrial Security or similar industry body
​Travel will be required for this role but will depend on the business requirements.
