Title: Security Officer
Location: Winchester
Security staff required to work within a secure
government building in Winchester.
All vacancies are temporary ongoing, with no
guaranteed contract length. The working hours
are 39 per week and hours are unsociable,
including alternate weekends and evenings/ early
mornings. The working week excludes breaks,
which are unpaid. All vacancies offer 28 days
annual leave and full training is provided.
The successful applicants will have a minimum of
3 years worth of references, and will be assessed
based on the following competencies: • Acting
with integrity
Respecting others
Building relationships and team working
Communicating effectively
Developing self and others Please note that
this vacancy does not require security
industry or military experience, and you will
not be asked to gain the SIA licence. All
applicants must be willing to undergo a CRB
and identity checks, this will be organised and
funded by Hays. You must also fulfil the
nationality criteria and be free from
immigration control / have indefinite leave to
remain in the United Kingdom.
