An opportunity has arisen for Security Operations
Manager to join Rolls-Royce Submarine business
for a full-time role based in Dounreay.
The jobholder will be responsible for:
maintaining the security arrangements of the
Vulcan Site in accordance with MoD and Rolls-
Royce Security regulations.
maintaining and rehearsing the Counter
Terrorist Contingency Plan and the site?s
emergency arrangement
Interfacing with Ministry of Defence regulators
on matters relating to security and emergency
arrangements.
Key responsibilities:
Provision of subject matter advice to the Site
Authorisee and General Manager on all
security matters
Provision of site induction training
Maintenance and development of Counter
Terrorist Contingency Plan
Development of Chemical Weapons
Contingency Plan
Provision and maintenance of emergency
arrangements
Provision of advice under Radiation
(Emergency Preparedness and Public
Information Regulations)
Co-ordination and direction of all emergency
arrangement exercises
Co-ordinating and direction of all security
exercises
