To be responsible for all security matters relating
to Chelsea Football Club at Cobham Training
Ground.
Reportees: Security Officers
Main Responsibilities:
To ensure the security and safety of all staff and
visitors to Cobham Training Ground.
To maintain systems and processes to ensure that
all aspects of the site are physically secure.
To recruit and ensure the continuing professional
standards and training of all security officers.
Investigate any untoward incidents and ensure
such matters are properly reported and recorded
in accordance with company policy.
Personal Specification
¤Sound practical experience within security
operations
¤Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work
alone or as part of a team.
¤Proven outstanding leadership skills and
commitment to equal opportunities.
¤High administrative competence.
¤Experience in management and leadership roles
with strong motivational skills.
¤Proven ability in being able to work in a discrete
and confidential environment.
¤Experience and knowledge in the practical
application of security and health and safety
systems.
¤Sound decision making ability.
¤Preferably be in possession of a current SIA Door
¤Supervisors Licence and current first aid
qualification.
