Location : Saudi ArabiaJob Summary : Controls and monitors the entries to the entire Kaust areas. Carries out regular security inspections at specified points and time within the Kaust and administration building. Inspects incoming and outgoing vehicles to ensure materials and vehicles are accompanied by appropriate passes.
Major Responsibilities
Checks and controls the access and departure of company employees, contractors and visitors during and after working hours to ensure all possesses valid security and that accompanying material are covered by appropriate documentation.
Registers arrivals and departures of visitors at the KAUST gate and issues temporary passes as approved by
security department. Includes calls in reports of unexpected persons or materials and makes random checks of vehicles and property as appropriate.
Carries out security inspection on foot or in patrol car touring various points on site according to the pre-described time schedules and procedures. Ensures that all KAUST regulations are being enforced as far as security is concerned.
Notifies the supervisor of any violations observe and reports incidents or hazardous situations. Includes investigation of causes and notifies any emergency situation on shift such as fire or safety incidents.
Performs other similar or related duties as assigned such as advising visitors to Kaust entry and security regulations. Directs traffic in KAUST areas as required.
