Door Supervisor Required ASAP (Immediate Start)
Due to the on-going success of NDST, we are currently recruiting for experienced Door Supervisors to work at our high profile client’s sites across Central London. 2 -6 days Per Week.
This unique opportunity will provide a stimulating and challenging environment in which to work and you will be a committed security operator.
Your role:
To provide a friendly and welcoming customer focused service to ensure the venue is one that is safe and enjoyable to visit at all times.
The role will cover a wide range of activities which include but not limited to:
• To work with a diverse team of Door Supervisors and ensure that correct procedures are followed at all times.
• To defuse any situations before they become an incident by using effective conflict management skills.
• Checking ID to prevent minors from entering the premises.
• Monitoring and patrolling within the venue which would include Health and Safety checks.
• Serve as liaison between the venue and local authority officers.
• Maintain site paperwork as per company / site polices to include any report writing as required and to make any recommendations of any areas of improvement.

You will have
• A valid Door Supervisor / Close Protection SIA Licence.
• Previous experience of working in bars or clubs as security.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• A 5 year checkable work history with full contact details.
• Able to commit to working shifts to includes weekend nights.
• Well-presented and self-motivated.
