Role Responsibility:
Lead the operations team to support sales team to achieve the annual budget of Secure Solutions and other business objectives;
Be accountable for the Profit and Loss of the divisions;
Drive the organic growth of service lines and customer groups which deliver above-average gross profit margin;
Improve planning and scheduling of manpower resources to ensure they are utilized in the most cost-effective manner;
Review the competitiveness and market positioning of Gurkha Services and execute appropriate strategies to re-vitalise the Gurkha business;
Work with Senior Operations Manager to achieve relevant business objectives and deliver of high quality services to customer;
Train and develop key operational management staff in Secure Solutions.
The Ideal Candidate:
Requirements: -
- Post-secondary level or above;
- Minimum 5 years’ management experience in a commercial security environment or disciplinary service or service industry;
- High level of proficiency in spoken and written English and Cantonese;
- Excellent analytical skills sensible in problem solving and decision making;
- Excellent communication, leadership and team building skills;
- Can work under high demanding and high job pressure environment.
