The Department of Estates, Hospitality and Contract services provides a range of essential facilities and property services across a multi-site estate comprising of over 90 buildings offering a wealth of variety in building type and age.
We have identified the role of a Security Services Manager as being essential to its vision of delivering excellent and cost effective campus security services which is aligned to the University’s strategic vision.
Working closely with the Head of Security Services, you will be responsible for assisting in the delivery of security services, including car-park management.
Relevant experience in security, Car-Parking and CCTV within a multi-site setting and monitoring of service level agreements, KPI’s and performance monitoring systems is essential. You will be a team player with an ability to manage a significant and variable workload under a regime of high service standards, continuous improvement and delivering value for money.
