Urgently required for Southampton and surrounding areas.
Allied Facilities is a successful and growing Regional Facilities Company covering the South of England, and we are always looking for enthusiastic,talented and loyal people to fill roles within our team.
We currently have vacancies for reliable permanent full time, part time, or ad-hoc Relief Security Officers.
Must be aged 18 plus. Applicants must be able to provide a minimum of 5 years checkable work or back to school history to pass vetting and screening. A valid SIA Licence would be an advantage, however we may be able to assist the right applicant with costs towards obtaining their licence.
Access to your own transport would be preferable due to the various locations of our sites.
This is a permanent relief position to cover holiday and other absences at several of our sites in the Southampton/Eastleigh and surrounding area. The successful applicant should be flexible and reliable to meet the operational needs of the business. Shifts may include days, nights and weekends.
You must be of smart appearance, have good written and verbal communication skills and be able to work independently and on your own initiative.
Duties could include gatehouse duties, access and egress control, search, locking and unlocking premises, site patrols and dealing with and reporting incidents. A valid First Aid certificate is desirable. or be willing to attend a course to be trained in first aid.
