The RoleThe Security Manager will be required to do the following…
-Implementation of Company Security Policy and strategy
-Provide advice and support to depots on all security related matters
-The development of security action plans for the maintenance and improvement of security on sites
-Audits and Risk Assessments
-Drive compliance
-Loss reduction
-Loss management
The PersonThe ideal Security Manager must have:
-Previous managerial experience and ideally a Police/Security related background although not essential
-Industry operational knowledge
-A sound knowledge of protective, operational and administrative security
-A basic knowledge of Criminal Law (PACE) and Employment Law
-Strong time management skills and a high level of self-motivation.
