Job description
A Site Security Manager is required for a corporate contract in Aberdeen. You will be responsible for managing the day to day operational and business requirements of the contract, in line with customer and contractual expectations, by leading and managing the site security and reception team.

Duties include managing the contract security personnel working on site, acting as a key contact for all daily
operational security matters across the contract, ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures for the client & Wilson James; reporting & liaising on a daily basis with the client to ensure effective communication of all matters pertaining to the delivery of a high standard professional security service; and to undertake any other tasks as identified by the Client being for the good and benefit of the service to the customer.

Successful applicant ideally must have previous management experience, good people skills, problem solving ability and a “can do” attitude.

Hours: Monday to Friday 45 hours per week
Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 PA – To be confirmed
