KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :-
- Implement the security and safety policies, standards and practices.
- Manage the daily operations concerned to the security and safety aspects.
- Inspect the physical of working environment of the factory and improve for the life-safety and security for working place and report to the top management on the progress.
- Cease, advise, guide the risk action based on the safety and security perspectives.
- Monitor, maintain and improve the factory security process and system.
- Build and implement the culture of safety and security working environment
- Coordinate with related departments (Maintenance & Facility, Production, Engineer, Vendors, etc.) to identify the security and safety deficiencies.
- Train the related courses on security and safety.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS :-
- Bachelor degree or above in Business Administration, Security, Safety or related.
- Solid minimum of 5 years’ experience in managing the security and safety operations, either in the private or public sector (including law enforcement) or similar environment required.
- Experience conducting investigations including criminal, human resources and safety incidents.
- Able to review complex, detailed information and condense potentially difficult issues into a clear, concise format.
- Critical-Thinking skills and creative problem-solving ability.
- Interpersonal skills and the ability to manage teams of people. Ability to interact effectively at all levels.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office applications, including: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication skills both Thai and English are required.
- 5-day working environment in Bang-poo Industrial Estate, Samutprakarn
