Job description:
We are searching for an individual with a security skill set to assist in the development of global security specifications. Preference of base is Rotterdam however; the position could be based elsewhere for any candidate with the right experience following an induction period.
As a fixed term contract we are paying €15,000 per month , the position is budgeted until the end of 2015 BUT strong indications that this also be fully budgeted for 2016 which will be known sometime in the next financial quarter.
Candidate profile: The candidate will have experience in a corporate security team or consultancy demonstrating a hands on approach to managing projects . You will have experience of writing security standards and processes for a corporate entity. Strong working knowledge in risk-based security design -from concept stage to detailed specification and understanding of current / emerging security technologies. This should incorporate within hostile vehicle mitigation, fencing and radar detection with a functional knowledge that could interface with a Solutions Architect.
Ability to take responsibility to drive forward project timelines and strong communication skills to reach across many levels .
Preferably have completed the Centre for the Protection of Critical National Infrastructure security courses: 4Ds (detect, delay, deter, deny), surveillance and monitoring, Hostile Vehicle Mitigation and
Operational Requirements. And have worked in the energy, Oil and Gas sector. Possess a strong commercial awareness with tender process experience.
