We are a Telecom operator looking to hire employees for a national expansion plan.
Job Summary
The incumbent for this position is responsible for specializing in context analysis will report to the Human Resource Manager or its designated person for Afghanistan and within his/her specialization will be responsible for concentrating on the different location of Afghanistan where the company interest is. He/she will coordinate and report on the security tasks of the company, where it’s deemed necessary.
Duties and Responsibilities
Perform standard security functions; such as advise on company policy, SOPs, security planning, security training, and field movement.
Undertake first aid training and provide first aid services to staff, visitors or patrons as requested.
Provide support and advice to all company staff in Afghanistan concerning context analysis and access issues through a monthly report, advise senior management on the key conflict dynamics in Afghanistan, with particular focus on the Southern areas and how it impacts on company.
Develop relationships with government bodies, telecom companies and other relevant partners to broaden the analytical network.
Complete relevant records and log books, in a professional manner providing sufficient detail.
Assist with determining and mapping the power brokers through the company access teams, transporters, monitors, partners and any other useful interlocutors.
Assist the access teams on a regular basis to apply the context analysis mapping to determine the access strategy in their particular area of operations and coordinate resources, guiding the most suitable partners to implement the plan.
Nationality: Afghan
Qualifications
Current first aid certificate from a recognized Institution
A minimum of five years military/police experience; ideally in the special forces/intelligence roles, with experience of independent and or ad hoc operations in the reconnaissance role
Experience of international organizations
Fluency in English is essential.
Working knowledge of Pashtu is desirable
