Job Description:
We are looking for a highly talented and successful Security Manager to work with Servest Multi Service Group and in partnership with our prestigious blue chip client. Reporting to the site Facilities Manager, you will lead and inspire a team of 32 security professionals to achieve and exceed outstanding levels of customer service. Your ability to coach and develop people to become highly effective in their role will be critical to your success and that of your team. You will enjoy leading from the front and will drive performance through our people. We are looking for a natural leader with the ability to motivate and develop others, taking pride in delivering

The Role
· Through inspirational leadership, engage your team to consistently deliver exceptional client standards, great customer service and consistent operational processes
· Ensure Assignment Instructions correct and valid and delivered professionally to our client.
· Work alongside the site Facilities Manager and Client Loss Prevention Manager to promote excellent physical security standards
· Encourage and inspire the team to achieve targets and make suggestions to enhance performance which drive results
· Create a positive and empowering work environment resulting in a high level of staff retention and protecting turnover
· Clearly and concisely communicate the business objectives to the team to ensure they remain well informed of business activity and of their required contribution to those goals
· Conduct regular performance reviews to set objectives and provide coaching and support to deliver results
· Identify and proactively support the development of talented individuals to support area succession plans
· Conduct a variety of investigations, in line with company policy
· Overall management of recruitment, training and development of all reporting personnel

The Person

· Proven background in security management with emphasis on service within a corporate security environment.
· Strong knowledge of security systems, CCTV & access control and also be familiar with supporting FM functions
· Extensive experience in delivering exceptional levels of customer service
· Outstanding leadership, coaching and people management skills
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Commercially aware with a high level of business acumen
· A desire for continuous personal and professional development
· Experienced in recruitment, training and HR process
· Valid/ in date frontline SIA Licence.

Full Time, Temporary (Potential to become permanent, to be reviewed after 6 months)
