Our client is a Multinational Logistic & Forwarder company located at Airport with 5 days work urgently looking for a Security Manager with details as below:
Responsibilities:
•Formulate strategies and implementing programmes for the delivery of security services
•Provide direction to the subcontractors for effective response to emergencies and major incidents
•Develop, implement and monitor the integrity and compliance of the Security Programme and ensure it meets the required standards.
•Communicate and co-ordinate with Government Departments on all security related policies or procedures.
•Oversee the management of security operations, including strategic planning, directing, organizing and controlling.
•Manage the day-to-day operations of Security and monitor the performance of security contractors in the execution of the terminal security operations.
•Ensure the security training has been well-delivered to concern parties.
•Monitor the investigationon all irregularity cases and make recommendations to rectify the situation.
•Develop contingency plans to cater for security incidents.
Requirements:
•University Graduate
•Minimum 7 years experience in Security Operation including 3 years at management level
•Able to display a strong presence and influence on all levels both internally and externally
•Well-developed interpersonal skills
•Excellent command of Chinese and English
Salary negotiable depends on qualifications & experience.
