Job description
We are seeking 2 x SIA registered Security Officers to cover an ongoing contract within the Oxfordshire area
Background to Job Role
Our client provides a service for vulnerable adults & young people. The support staff provide the daily support required for clients with the security staff providing security throughout the night
Job Duties will include
Provide a courteous, professional and welcoming atmosphere for all residents, their representatives and visitors to the scheme.
Provide security for the clients and the building out of hours
To remain alert at all times and give consistent attention to all in the building.
To carry out regular visual and sensory patrols of all internal and external areas and documenting concerns in the log book.
Monitor access to the premises and visitors via CCTV
Meeting the requirements of health and safety policies and practices
Effective recording of information / incidents from within the building / premises
Implementing procedures to ensure effective service delivery
A basic understanding of Health & Safety at work & the likely issues to occur in a residential building.

Has the ability to set professional boundaries
Able to be flexible in approach to responsibilities and to working hours
You will be fully inducted before you start on site

Candidates must:
Be SIA Licensed in accordance with the Security Industry Act 2001
Willing to undergo an Enhanced CRB check
Have a 5 year checkable history to the standards required by BS7858
Be of smart appearance
Punctual, Reliable & Flexible to meet business & client needs
