At Park Plaza Westminster Bridge of PPHE Hotel Group we’re looking to recruit aSecurity Supervisor to take responsibility for delivering excellent auditor skills in a fast-paced high volume 4* deluxe hotel when meeting and greeting guests. Previous hotel audit experience required.
As Security Supervisor you will ensure that the hotel provides our guests and fellow team members with a safe and secure environment for them whilst they stay/work with us. This will involve liaising with other departments, reacting proactively to any guest complaints and help to facilitate an environment where suspicious behaviour/packages are dealt with efficiently. It will also be the responsibility of the Security Supervisor to adhere to the hotel and Park Plaza Hotels corporate guidelines and service concepts.
We are looking for
The ideal candidate for the role will:
Support the Security Management in managing the security operation
Experience of developing team members
Experience in monitoring CCTV and security alarm systems
Confident in assisting in any fire or other emergency situation
Able to deal with changing priorities and work demands
Demonstrates an understanding of the financial implications of the Night Audit
Experience of adhering to hotel & company procedures
Passion for the hospitality industry
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Excellent customer service skills and is passionate about exceeding guest expectations
Able to work in a fast paced working environment and remain calm under pressure
Possess a good command of English and has excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Have excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and be able to connect with other live up to our mission statement: Inspiring our guests through individuality and passion!
