Lead the security and wider functional teams in the country;
Drive accountability through cooperation and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders;
Provide the company with a security and resilience capability that will promote business continuity and maximize the company's ability to operate in a variety of challenging security environments;
Focus on protecting all activities - primarily on the safety of personnel while at work and travelling and secondly on the protection of the company and its reputation and assets;
Liaise and represent the company in contacts on security issues with customers and governmental and non-governmental stakeholders;
Incident and crisis management;

Capable working at a senior level in a 'matrixed', global organization
Leadership, pedagogic, interpersonal and collaboration skills
Ability to work both on strategic and tactical levels
Project management skills and experience
Proficient written and spoken English, local language required
Knowledge of relevant security environment
Knowledge of relevant legal regulations
